Kemi Sulaimon provides CohnReznick clients with financial due diligence services. In this role, she performs quality of earnings, quality of revenue (cash waterfall), profitability, and break-even analyses; identifies net working capital requirements, negotiates positions, and verifies post-close working capital; converts financial statements from the cash to accrual basis of accounting; and prepares pro forma financial statements.
With significant healthcare experience that includes advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, Kemi’s clients have included healthcare services and facilities, physician practices across various specialties, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), home health, home care, hospice, behavioral health, diagnostics and laboratory services, medical devices and equipment, pharmacies, and medical stores.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Kemi was a member of the transaction advisory services practices of two top-10 accounting firms. She provided financial due diligence services across a wide range of industries including healthcare, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and technology.
