These include primary care and specialty care physician practices, home health, home care and hospice agencies, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, diagnostic imaging centers, laboratory services, urgent care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, medical technology distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare-related management services.
