Kemi Sulaimon provides financial sponsors, strategic investors, lenders, and founder-owned businesses in the healthcare industry with transaction advisory services. In this role, she performs quality of earnings,  quality of revenue (cash waterfall), profitability, and break-even analyses; identifies net working capital requirements, negotiates positions and adjustment mechanisms; converts financial statements from the cash to accrual basis of accounting; and assists with standalone cost and synergy assessments.

Kemi has led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence processes for middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across various healthcare sub-sectors. These include primary care and specialty care physician practices, home health, home care and hospice agencies, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, diagnostic imaging centers, laboratory services, urgent care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, medical technology distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare-related management services.
