Significant experience representing clients before state tax authorities including audit, refund claims, voluntary disclosures, appeals, ruling requests, and petitions, and with respect to various issues and areas such as forced combination, unitary business, discretionary authority provisions, apportionment, and alternate apportionment methodologies
Frequent speaker and author on wide range of state tax topics
Regularly participates in working groups with the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services
