Cheryl Joseph is a member of CohnReznick’s National Tax Practice. Based in the Bethesda office, she has more than 15 years of public accounting experience and significant consulting experience with both closely-held middle market companies and large publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies.

Cheryl specializes in corporate tax, specifically Section 382 (NOL/utilizations) analysis, earnings and profits analysis, transaction cost analysis, structuring asset sales and purchases, and general corporate tax consulting. She is also experienced in financial statement accounting for income taxes (ASC 740 formerly FAS 109).

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Cheryl worked for two top international public accounting firms.
