Ying Zheng is a Manager with CohnReznick Advisory’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice. She began her career as an auditor in Shanghai, China, where she participated in the planning and execution of financial audits and internal control assessments for large state-owned companies and privately-held businesses.
Since 2005, Ying has been practicing exclusively in the field of forensic accounting and litigation support, focused her efforts in assisting both legal and insurance professionals in a variety of financial matters, including measurement of economic damage, fraud investigation, royalty dispute and evaluation of insurance claim. Her industry experiences include, but not limited to, manufacturing, retailer, entertainment, hospitality, media and financial service. Through these engagements, she has been developing investigative skills and demonstrated abilities to apply accounting and auditing knowledge and various forensic techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret evidential information, and to communicate findings and conclusions with clarity.
In addition, Ying has been involved in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy cases, especially in the industry of Healthcare and Continuing Care Retirement Community (“CCRC”). In her role, she has provided financial analyses and dynamic modeling to assess the financial and operational conditions of the troubled businesses, develop feasible action plans and monitor on-going performance.
