Steven Pavon is a Principal and founding partner of CohnReznick Real Estate, LLC (CRRE), a joint venture with CohnReznick. Steve is a 16-year commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented large users of industrial, medical, and office space in a wide array of real estate transactions. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.
Steve has a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and multinational clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset repositioning, and dispositions. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, space utilization, transaction management, and financial restructuring. Prior to his real estate business, Steve successfully worked in the areas of multinational, multisite operations management, business growth and development, and key account relationship management for more than 20 years. As a former partner of a medical supply company, Steve was an industry frontrunner. He has been successful at driving new businesses from start-up through multiple spin-offs and merger/integration activities with each sustaining over time and capturing multinational recognition with leading global corporations.
