Natalie Tronkina is a partner and member of the firm’s Transactional Advisory Services practice, based in the Los Angeles office.  After years of experience working in audit and advisory, she joined CohnReznick in 2013. Natalie has over 16 years of transactional advisory experience, focusing on performing quality of earnings, net working capital assessments, preparing pro-forma financial statements, performing profitability and bridging analyses, evaluating financial reporting infrastructures, and recommending best practices in industries such as consumer, technology and media, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and business services. Natalie has also been involved in representing clients in post-transaction purchase price and working capital disputes.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Natalie spent almost seven years as a director in the West Coast transaction advisory practice of Duff & Phelps. She began her career as an assistant controller at a family-owned manufacturing company in Los Angeles and later served as a senior associate in the audit and assurance practice of McGladrey LLP. While there, she audited both public and private companies and managed the IPO process for a regional software company, assisting them in becoming a member of NASDAQ.

Natalie was named among the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2020 Women of Influence in Accounting.
