Justin Wenzelman is a tax partner based in CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office. He has over 19 years of experience providing tax compliance, consulting, and accounting services to middle-market companies. Justin specializes in providing services to family offices and investment partnerships, as well as companies in the private equity, commercial real estate, manufacturing, technology, and food and beverage industries. He has specific expertise in performing complex tax projections and allocations, including targeted capital account allocations, structuring, and capital account maintenance.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Justin was a Federal tax partner in the Denver office of a Top 20 public accounting firm, where he also served as the office’s industry leader for the firm’s food and beverage and professional services practices. He previously served as a Federal tax partner in the Denver office of a Top 100 national firm.
