Jeffrey Grossman advises privately-held businesses and their owners on minimizing overall tax burdens. His industry focus includes wholesale, retail, manufacturing, technology, and professional service firms. He also has extensive experience in the area of trusts and estates and serves as an advisor to high net-worth individuals and families and their trusts.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Jeffrey was a partner in the New York office of a large national public accounting firm. He has participated as a technical lecturer at seminars sponsored by the New York Institute of Credit, the Foundation for Accounting Education and The Accounting Show.
He is also a former editor of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants publication The Tax Adviser and the Estates and Trusts column of the CPA Journal. Jeffrey has served on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants committees on Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Closely Held Corporations, and Affiliated Corporations.
