With more than 15 years of experience, Ioana Iorga leads and executes financial due diligence for corporate and private equity mergers and acquisitions. She also provides sell-side advisory services for middle market transactions. 

Ioana's experience includes evaluating the quality and sustainability of earnings, assessing working capital and its impact on purchase price, performing profitability and bridging analyses, evaluating the quality and integrity of the financial reporting environment, and carve-out financial statement preparation and evaluation. She has also served as a liaison between buyer and seller in the negotiation of potential purchase price adjustments and prepared sellers for buyer due diligence. Her industry experience includes consumer, retail, manufacturing and distribution, technology, healthcare, and media and entertainment. 

Before joining CohnReznick, Ioana worked in transaction advisory at a Big Four accounting firm, a middle market national advisory firm, and provided M&A CFO advisory services for a boutique consulting firm.
