As a member of CohnReznick’s Government Contracting Industry practice, Debbie Waggoner works with small and mid-sized government contractors on systems implementations, outsourced accounting services, and special projects including preparation of incurred costs submissions and rate proposals.

With over 30 years of government contracting experience, Debbie has help clients implement and work with systems such as Deltek System 1 and GCS Premier, where she is recognized as a subject matter expert in the Materials Management, Accounting, and Job Cost modules. She has also earned Unanet Certified Implementation certification, regarded as the highest level of training Unanet offers. 

Debbie understands the unique business practices and challenges for her clients and provides solutions to help them optimize their use of multiple software products, build interfaces between providers and third-party vendors, and load historical transactions from legacy software. She has advised government contractors subject to the Service Contract Act, helping them build customizations to calculate SCA labor and fringe benefit requirements.
