Daniel Warsowick is a managing director in CohnReznick Advisory’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice. He began his career in 1995 and provides business consulting and financial restructuring services that drive value for public and private companies in a wide range of industries including construction, private equity, and manufacturing and distribution. His experience includes financial reorganization, crisis management, vendor and dealer negotiations, and vision and strategy development. In addition to serving companies in the U.S., Dan has international experience working in Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, Italy, and Spain.
Dan has significant knowledge in the logistics and manufacturing industries, having acted as COO for a national logistics company and serving as interim management for multiple manufacturing companies within a private equity firm’s portfolio. His experience includes:
- Driving the growth of a regional logistics company that expanded operations to over 20 states while increasing the efficiency of the warehouse pick, pack, and ship operations by 20%
- Participating in all facets of a bankruptcy and subsequent reorganization of $200 million fire truck/vocational truck manufacturing business. Dan served as a critical member of the management team by focusing on financial projections, cash management, vendor management, and customer/dealer relationships
- Assessing the finance organization of a $400 million international manufacturing company and implementing significant changes to the AR, AP, financial reporting, supply chain, and cash flow management functions
- Preparing financial forecasts and cash flows for a $1 billion national construction company which were used by company management to assess the profitability of certain divisions and construction jobs
