Daniel Worrall is a partner in CohnReznick’s Atlanta office. He began his public accounting career in 1998 and his experience encompasses audit, accounting, tax, cost certification and other relevant accounting services. He has also worked as a corporate accountant for a publicly traded company.

Dan’s responsibilities at CohnReznick include serving a variety of clients in the real estate industry, including clients in the not-for-profit and governmental sector.  The services he provides his clients include conducting Uniform Guidance audits for public housing and development authorities, preparing financial statement audits, agreed-upon procedures engagements, and evaluating internal controls. Dan regularly consults with his real estate clients in areas related to development, financing, and eligible basis issues for LIHTC developments as well as HUD financed developments. Dan has also been involved in consulting services related to establishing corporate accounting structures and due diligence services related to the sale of companies.

Dan is a member of CohnReznick’s Accounting Advisory Board and involved with the firm’s college recruiting process at the University of Alabama.
