Daniel Donofrio is a partner with CohnReznick and, with more than 25 years of experience, leads the efforts of our Firm’s Construction Industry practice in the New England offices. In this role, Dan provides accounting compliance, auditing, and business planning services to closely-held construction companies. Serving a wide variety of businesses and their owners, Dan has extensive experience in providing assistance with bonding company requirements, performing analysis of overhead costs for the bidding process, and strategic business planning that includes exit strategies and succession planning.

In addition to his construction specialization, Dan is an active member of CohnReznick's Commercial Real Estate Industry practice. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management, planning, and supervision of accounting, audit, and tax work for a variety of closely-held businesses and real estate development firms. He has additional expertise in providing auditing services for government-regulated rental housing and is experienced in the federal and state regulations affecting the industry.
