Charles Campbell is a director in CohnReznick’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice. Based in New York, he has a broad range of consulting experience in the areas of forensic investigations, litigation support, and loss mitigation experience. He is a credit and structured finance professional with significant experience in transaction management and credit underwriting. This experience includes loan file due diligence, cash flow modeling, legal structures, corporate financial analysis within the structured finance and the lending industries.
Charles has extensive capital markets industry experience in the structured finance field with a particular focus on mortgage lending. He provides clients with robust credit analysis, structuring and valuation services integral to the origination, acquisition, management, and disposition of consumer, residential and commercial assets.
Before joining CohnReznick, Charles was a director for a large accounting and advisory firm. In this role, he provided subject matter expertise on residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) structures and representations and warrants. He also provided risk management, portfolio valuation, and transaction oversight services to clients.
