Aaron Walther advises private equity firms and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions in many different industries including manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, construction, consumer products, and professional services. He has advised on transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $1 billion. Aaron has more than eight years of client service experience.

Before joining CohnReznick, Aaron worked for a national CPA firm providing financial due diligence services to middle market companies across a variety of industries.
