Based in Miami, Chammas brings 30 years of experience in public accounting with deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting as well as financial reporting.

He has extensive experience advising clients on complex tax issues and audit disputes, as well as representing business entities and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service. 

Chammas also has extensive knowledge of international tax regulations, advising on complex tax structuring and compliance for both inbound and outbound investors. This includes helping clients minimize tax liabilities and take advantage of cross-border investment opportunities. Chammas’s diverse industry experience includes private equity, family offices, sports and entertainment, real estate, wholesale distribution, and healthcare.
