Zubin D. Mistry, CPA, serves as an audit partner in CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office and leads the Retail and Consumer Products Industry Practice for the West region. Zubin has more than 20 years of experience in serving privately held and public companies in the emerging and middle markets, as well as mature companies in the Fortune 100. Zubin works with a wide range of clients, including brick and mortar retailers, eCommerce companies, and consumer products.

His career includes significant experience in debt and equity financing, public offerings, acquisition and divesture analysis, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory audits, and internal control audits under Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Section 404. He has also developed, supervised, and conducted professional development courses in the accounting and audit fields. Prior to joining the Firm, Zubin served clients at Deloitte & Touche LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Zubin holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credential from ISACA.
