Vitaliy Khalaboura provides buy- and sell-side due diligence services to private equity and strategic corporate clients and sell-side transaction services to privately held and family-owned businesses. With more than 10 years of professional services experience, he has advised on numerous transactions.

Vitaliy’s areas of expertise include quality of earnings, quality of revenue (cash waterfall), profitability, net working capital and debt considerations; preparing sellers for buyer due diligence; and converting financial statements from the cash to accrual basis of accounting. In addition to being part of the transactions practice, Vitaliy is a member of CohnReznick’s Technology, Life Sciences, and Healthcare practices.

Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory practice, Vitaliy was with CohnReznick’s Assurance practice where he advised publicly traded companies, middle market privately held businesses, and early-stage companies including those with international operations and multiple subsidiaries.
