Seth Cohen, CPA, is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate industry group.  Seth has over 19 years of experience providing assurance, due diligence, business advisory, and tax services to commercial and residential real estate developers, general contractors, medical practices, and other closely held business clients.  This diverse experience in several different industries has provided a deep, technical understanding of a wide array of accounting and income tax issues.

Seth’s expertise in accounting and tax services, including financial reporting and analysis, technical support, financial planning, cash flow planning, estate planning, deal negotiations, and transaction and deal structuring.  He works with his clients on evaluating operations and business and technical issues, provides back-office accounting, and recommends and assists in the implementation of ideas to cut overhead costs and streamline operations.  With an in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed tax laws, Seth often advises companies on tax deferment or savings through proactive structuring of transactions and corporate structures.
