Sedic Ampanas is a partner in the Transaction Advisory Services practice with CohnReznick Advisory. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, and advisory services, he leads financial due diligence engagements related to both corporate and private equity clients’ acquisitions in various industries including renewable energy, real estate and construction, with a primary focus on middle market transactions.

For more than two decades, Sedic’s areas of focus primarily related to buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services, transaction structuring, and deal negotiation support including assessment of quality of earnings, identification of non-recurring items to earnings, analysis of working capital, and performance of other deal-specific procedures. Further, he has extensive experience in carve-out transactions, evaluating financial projections, and analyzing financial models.
