He also advises on financial due diligence engagements for clients looking to acquire and expand their holdings or divest their respective businesses. Richard has also provided forensic accounting services to attorneys and their clients in civil matters involving lost profits, stockholder disputes, and embezzlement.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Richard worked in both the private accounting and public accounting sectors, specializing in financial reporting and tax compliance.
