Mike O’Donnell advises strategic and financial buyers and lenders on the performance of financial and business due diligence transactions. With more than 10 years of professional experience, he is also a member of CohnReznick’s Technology and Manufacturing & Distribution industry practices.

Mike focuses on identifying and evaluating one-time adjustments to earnings; assessing the quality and sustainability of earnings; assessing the true level of working capital and impact to purchase price; evaluating the quality and integrity of the financial reporting infrastructure and environment and recommending best practices; serving as a liaison between buyer and seller in the negotiation of potential purchase price adjustments; and preparing sellers for buyer due diligence.

Before joining CohnReznick’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, Mike was a member of CohnReznick’s Assurance practice, assisting numerous middle market companies in the technology and manufacturing and distribution sectors.
