Linda T. Rowland
Linda Rowland is a partner in CohnReznick's Tax Practice and a member of the Firm’s Affordable Housing Industry and Not-for-Profit and Education Industry Practices. Based in the Atlanta office, she has more than 15 years in public accounting experience that includes providing income tax compliance, income tax planning, business consulting services, and planning, supervision, and review of engagements for partnership, corporate, not-for-profit and individual tax clients.
Linda is focused in the areas of Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and not-for-profit organizations. She provides tax and consulting services to developers and syndicators in the affordable housing industry, as well as to market-rate, multifamily properties and not-for-profit foundations. Otherservices include tax compliance and planning for property-level clients and review of 10% carry over allocations and cost certifications. Linda’s clients include developers, not-for-profit housing organizations, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held corporations across the United States.
Prior to joining CohnReznick in 2004, Linda held managerial positions with several large regional accounting firms. For six years, she specialized in providing income tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals, closely-held corporations, estates, trusts, and partnerships.
