Howard Leung is a partner with CohnReznick’s Commercial Real Estate Industry practice. Based in the New York office, he has 18 years of public accounting experience focused on serving companies engaged in real estate investment, ownership, development and management, and 401(k) and pension plans. He also has significant experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts and in areas that include asset management, redesign of corporate real estate processes and procedures, implementation and integration of new real estate management systems, and lease litigation support.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Howard was with a Big 4 accounting firm where he advised multi-billion dollar real estate and engineering clients. While there, he planned, supervised, and reviewed the Real Estate Investment Trusts Handbook for the years 2004 2006.
