Director, Hospitality Consulting
Henry Pertman is a member of CohnReznick’s Hospitality Industry Practice. Based in the Baltimore office, he leads the practice’s consulting service delivery in the Mid-Atlantic region. Henry has a wide range of industry expertise that includes front and back-of-the-house management and training, business analytics, point-of-sale maximization, hospitality marketing, food and beverage controls, inventory management, customer service training, and kitchen flow. He has helped hundreds of local hospitality businesses improve their bottom lines, increase efficiencies, reduce labor, and improve customer service.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Henry spent 12 years with Oracle MICROS as senior sales manager helping hospitality businesses with overall operational efficiencies, specifically dealing with technology solutions. Prior to MICROS, he owned, operated, managed, and held the title of executive chef at several metropolitan-area restaurants, served as food and beverage director at Peabody Court Hotel, and was general manager of Chestnut Ridge Country Club. He was also partner/owner of Henry and Jeff’s Restaurant, J.P. Henry’s Restaurants, and New Pikesville Deli.
