Halah’s 8+ years of transactional advisory experience includes evaluating private and public company quality of earnings, assessing business working capital requirements, preparing pro-forma financial statements, providing cash-to-accrual accounting conversion, delivering value during carve-out assessments, and other financial analyses. Halah’s industry experience includes construction, engineering, manufacturing and distribution, and business services.
Before joining CohnReznick, Halah was with the investment team for a New York and London-based private equity firm focused on buy-and-build investments. She played a key role in performing financial modeling and valuation, market research and risk assessment, and liaising between cross–functional teams that included legal, finance, and operations experts. Prior to this Halah was a member of the transaction advisory practice for a large global accounting firm where she provided transactional and valuation advisory services.
