He brings to this role over 30 years of experience in finance, auditing, and managing the transaction advisory services practices of national and global professional services firms. His due diligence experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions in the technology, software, business services, cannabis, consumer products, chemical, manufacturing, and retail industries. Greg is a member of CohnReznick’s Cannabis Industry Practice. He has been a panelist and moderator for several local and national cannabis industry conferences.
