Prior experience includes leading multi-transaction separation from hospital group including joint venture, divestiture, and alliance; leading a global media organization in $8 billion multinational spinoff; and leading supply chain integration for a multinational distribution acquisition
Additional experience includes co-authoring white papers on leading practices in supply chain integration, cross-border transactions, and TSAs
