Arnold Marden has over 30 years of experience providing services to the construction industry. His clients include public and private sector firms as well as clients in the construction and commercial real estate industries. Arnold’s clients have included some of the region’s largest real estate developers as well as the tri-state area’s largest general contractors and subcontractors that service both municipal and private construction projects. He has also consulted on numerous client mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to construction and real estate, Arnold has experience in the leisure time, manufacturing, and publishing industries. He is a former founding member of the Children’s Hospital Foundation at Westchester Medical Center where he served as chair of the finance committee and a member of the executive board. He is a former chairman of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund of New York Medical College. In 1999, Arnold was presented with the James E. Kelly Award by the Westchester Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants for his outstanding service to the community.
