Alison Galer, Esq. is a principal at CohnReznick and serves as the firm’s Co-General Counsel. She joined CohnReznick after having spent over two decades in private practice as a commercial litigator focusing on the various legal needs and litigation defense of accounting firms and financial institutions.

Before joining CohnReznick, Alison served as the Managing Partner of a Top 20 New Jersey-based regional law firm. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
