Alan Wohl is a tax partner with more than 19 years of diversified public accounting experience. He leads the Firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Group in New York and is also a member of the Private Clients Group. His services include developing business strategies for high net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational families. He also provides strategic tax planning and compliance services for senior management in industries that include real estate, hospitality, and entertainment. Alan spends a large part of his time consulting on family wealth and family office matters.
Prior to joining CohnReznick in 2001, Alan was with a New York-based accounting firm where he specialized in the coordination and preparation of federal and multi-state income tax returns of corporations, S corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, foundations, employee benefit plans, and services for high-net-worth individuals. During the early part of his career, he served as an audit and tax professional, performing audits of large SEC public entities including Swiss-based manufacturers, West Coast broker-dealers, and local not-for-profit organizations with assets exceeding $100 million.
