Abby Rollins is a member of CohnReznick’s Government practice with more than 14 years of experience in emergency management services. Based in Austin, she is a firm leader in providing policy and operational support services to government agencies including compliance and monitoring, quality control and assurance, and policy and procedure development and documentation. Her work in this area includes contractor assessment reviews for the Government National Mortgage Association, quality control reviews for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily Accelerated Processing program, and financial and project management system assessment for the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.
Abby has overseen a variety of engagements providing project management, financial management, policy and program compliance, and oversight consulting services to state and federal government clients. She recently served as Project Manager contracted by the Texas Division of Emergency Management, responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of over $6 billion in federal funds for federally declared disasters in the state of Texas. She has also contributed to the New York Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery’s Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery Public Assistance Match Program, disbursing $150 million to local governments and municipalities in recovery efforts related to Hurricane Sandy.
