CohnReznick brings on Assurance Partner Nocco
Nocco joins CohnReznick as Assurance Partner and will serve commercial real estate clients.
New York, NY – April 30, 2025 – CohnReznick today announced that Paul Nocco, CPA, has joined the firm as an assurance partner who will focus on serving clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Based in Denver, Nocco brings more than 25 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, auditing, internal control policies and procedures, and strategic planning. He is also knowledgeable in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and SEC rules and regulations.
Nocco has served owners and operators across all facets of the real estate industry in areas that include real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate and alternative investment funds, data centers, industrial properties, self-storage properties, multi-family properties, real estate developers and converters, and contractors and sub-contract developers. His broad technical skills include registration statement files, IPO/SPAC transactions, mergers and reverse mergers, revenue recognition and lease accounting, complex equity and debt transactions, consolidation accounting, acquisitions and dispositions, and foreign operations.
