John Koliani is a partner with CohnReznick with more than 28 years of experience. He is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Industry Practice. In this role, he assists healthcare organizations and medical practices with compensation structures, buy/sell agreements, business valuations, profitability analysis, and strategic planning ideas. In addition, John is a member of the firm's Private Clients practice  which provides a comprehensive range of services to business owners and entrepreneurs.

Using a hands-on, partner-led approach, John provides tax planning and preparation, strategic business planning, state and local tax guidance, financial statement preparation, and other services to help business owners and entrepreneurs manage and grow their companies. At the appropriate time, he helps privately-held businesses position their companies for mergers, acquisitions, or an outright sale. 

John received the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants which recognizes CPAs with extensive professional experience in business valuation.
