Steve Liberatore advises clients on data transformation protocols designed to drive data and improve efficiencies in business systems. He assists government contractors with data clean-up, system enhancements, and integrations and has strong functional and technical skills in executing, sustaining, and continually enhancing ERP systems – notably those with multiple interfaces. Steve is proficient with Costpoint MES, TIPQA, Shopfloor Time, RFGen, Bartender, Content Management (CMI), and Deltek Extensibility tools.

Steve has 18 years of experience in defense industry manufacturing, primarily from an operations perspective. For more than a decade, he has managed  numerous ERP system implementations and conversions. These have included all technical aspects of Deltek Solutions Implementation for defense manufacturing divisions ranging from mid-sized ($100-200 million, under 150 employees) to large ($500 million, over 1000 employees) facilities.
