Stacy Holland provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity and strategic corporate clients. Her diverse experience includes performing detailed quality of earnings, financial performance, and net working capital analysis; preparing pro-forma financial statements; and identifying revenue sources and key profitability drivers.

Before joining CohnReznick, Stacy was a member of the transaction services and assurance practices of a global accounting firm. She advised public and private clients across multiple industries and performed audit services for IPO clients. Her experience also includes working in financial analyst and M&A accounting manager roles.
