Ryan Henigan is the partner leading the Construction Industry practice in CohnReznick’s Baltimore office. He has 23 years of experience providing audit and management advisory services to a variety of national and local real estate developers, home builders, general contractors, and sub-contractors. He also has extensive experience assessing internal control structures of clients and providing recommendations for improvement. Ryan is also an expert in contractor cost certification reporting in accordance with federal and state agency affordable housing requirements.

Ryan is an active member of numerous industry associations and has been involved in providing numerous internal and external training seminars related to contractor audit and assurance services, including those focused on contractor cost certifications.
