Ryan Holbert, CPA, is a partner in CohnReznick’s Atlanta office and a member of the Firm’s Tax Practice. He has 20 years of public accounting experience. He provides income tax compliance, income tax planning, and business consulting services to a wide variety of clients that include renewable energy developers, real estate developers, real estate syndicators, construction companies, management companies, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He specializes in the renewable energy and commercial real estate practice areas.

Within the commercial real estate industry, Ryan specializes in operating and fund level taxation including target capital allocations, entity structuring, and tax planning and compliance. His commercial real estate experience includes multifamily, office, retail, senior living, and hotels. Ryan has been an integral part of the Firm’s renewable energy practice for tax compliance and tax planning including, but not limited to, general compliance, tax provisions, assisting audit with HLBV accounting analysis, and tax allocations dealing with Investment Tax Credits.
