Ryan Halbrook is a tax partner at CohnReznick and a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice. He has more than 12 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to a wide variety of clients in the real estate industry. These include private real estate funds and operating companies across multiple asset classes. Ryan uses his extensive tax law knowledge to develop strategies designed to maximize savings for real estate owners, developers, and investors across the country. In addition, he advises clients structured as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) on specific compliance and qualification matters.

Ryan provides a high level of commitment as a trusted advisor to his clients. He is responsible for client development, maintaining quality assurance, engagement management, and providing advice specific to his client’s needs. Within CohnReznick, Ryan participates in various trainings on both the national and local levels and has participated in the Real Estate Innovation Committee, Affordable Housing Next Generation Program, and other committees.
