Ronald J. Walker, CPA, is a partner in CohnReznick’s Boston office and a member of the Firm’s Assurance Practice.  He has over 30 years of public accounting experience with a focus on the affordable housing and commercial real estate industries.  Ron has extensive experience in cost certifications for properties using tax incentives involving federal and state credits.

Ron oversees complex, high-profile engagements for real estate buyers, sellers, owners, developers, and investors. His clients hold properties in many asset classes including multifamily housing, affordable housing, office, retail, and hotels.  Ron regularly advises clients on the accounting and reporting issues specific to the real estate industry.

He represents a wide range of clients from sophisticated real estate investment firms to institutional investors to private equity groups to the first-time developer.  Ron takes overall responsibility for completion of such engagements to ensure debt and equity provider deadlines are met and accesses CohnReznick’s national team of tax and advisory consultants in situations where clients can benefit.
