Rocco Marotti leads CohnReznick's Law Firms Industry practice and is also a member of the Employee Benefit Plan practice. As leader of the Law Firms practice, he focuses on servicing law practices and individual attorneys. He has developed significant understanding of law firm management and other issues impacting the legal professional. In addition to performing audits and reviews of law firm financial statements, Rocco audits law firm employee benefit plans.

Within the employee benefit audit field, Rocco has extensive experience working with clients that are subject to ERISA and DOL reporting requirements including 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. He also has experience advising clients on various aspects of SEC rules and regulations to assist them in complying with increasingly complex accounting and reporting issues. Rocco frequently communicates with audit and finance committees and boards of directors when performing periodic reviews and annual audits.

Under Rocco’s leadership, CohnReznick’s Law Firms practice was named a 2021 Top 3 "Best Business Accounting Provider" by National Law Journal readers nationally and in the Washington, DC area. The practice was also recognized as a Top 3 "Best Business Accounting Provider" in the New England 2020 Best of Survey.
