Robert Ryan is an Audit Partner in CohnReznick’s Tyson’s office. Rob has more than 11 years of experience in servicing clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations in a number of industries, including technology, life sciences and hospitality.  His experience includes working with both public and private companies based in the U.S. as well as those with international operations.  

As an Audit Partner, he is responsible for all stages of the audit process including pre-engagement planning, interviews and fieldwork, identifying and resolving financial reporting issues, and presentations to management and shareholders.

Rob has assisted his clients work through a variety of complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, debt and equity instruments, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions.

In addition, Rob is also a member of the Firm’s Public Company Audit Practices and has been an instructor on technical accounting and audit matters at CohnReznick.
