Richard Corsetto has more than 25 years of public accounting experience with deep expertise in federal, state, local, and international tax matters. He has specialized in providing tax services to businesses in the manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, and real estate industries.
Richard’s experience includes business income tax planning and consulting, ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) consulting, and representation before the IRS regarding tax controversy matters. He regularly engages in planning for the income tax aspects of proposed transactions including acquisitions and sales of businesses, corporate reorganizations, entity formations, and tax-free exchanges. He also represents clients in federal and state income tax examinations.
Before joining CohnReznick, Richard spent his career with Big Four and other large international and national accounting firms.
