Remi D. Franklin, CPA, CISA, is a Partner in CohnReznick’s IT Audit Practice. Remi has over 25 years of public accounting experience providing IT audit and attestation services for a broad range of companies with complex IT environments.  She has expertise leading systems organization controls (SOC) examinations, performing public company audits, advising clients on their Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance programs, and training development/delivery.

Remi leads the System Organization Controls (SOC) practice at CohnReznick and develops the firm’s audit methodology and trainings for the full AICPA SOC suite of services and other IT audit related trainings. In addition, she assists clients in the evolution of their SOC journey from an initial readiness assessment to operationalizing their SOC program.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Remi was a Director in a Big Four accounting firm where she led the IT audit component for SEC audit engagements and an extensive portfolio of SOC examinations.
