Reed Dailey is a director in CohnReznick’s Technology+ group where he advises clients on how to leverage digital technology to maximize operational effectiveness, reduce time to market, and achieve organizational goals. He works with private equity sponsors and private equity-backed portfolio companies across the deal life cycle, from IT due diligence and 100-day planning through value creation and exit. He has assisted organizations across manufacturing, distribution, and field services in their digital transformation "go-digital.”
Before joining CohnReznick, Reed was a digital practice leader at Cognizant Business Consulting with responsibility for top-line growth through digital capability enhancement in the communications, media, and entertainment industries. In this role, he was instrumental in designing and building a mobile-first national knowledge hub that supported the field services organization for one of the nation's leading communication companies.
At Capgemini Consulting, Reed led a series of digital transformations for the C-Suite designing a future-state capabilities roadmap focused on new lines of business, servicing the customer, and reduction in operational spend. He managed the launch of 100+ app titles for a major domestic carrier yielding 500+ million downloads and designing bespoke mobile apps in the retail and life science industry.
