Phil Cornblatt is a tax partner with over 25 years of providing tax consulting and compliance services. His specializations include but is not limited to  partnership taxation and structuring, S corporation taxation, and tax exempt organizations.

Mr. Cornblatt has extensive knowledge working with for profit business entities, complex real estate transactions and other partnerships involving non-profit entities. Many of these transactions involve some form of tax incentive program, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Rehabilitation Tax Credit and New Markets Tax Credits.

Mr. Cornblatt serves as an Associate Member on the Exempt Organization Taxation Technical Resource Panel of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
