With nearly 20 years of experience, Mohamed Ghattas is a member of the firm's Tax practice providing tax and business consulting services concerning numerous facets of partnership and real estate taxation, as well as tax structuring and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners. He is also actively involved in the Private Client Services group, with a focus on servicing high-net-worth individuals to help them meet their business, family, and personal financial and lifestyle needs.
Mohamed has also served privately held and public companies, both startups and those in the middle market. He works with clients in a variety of industries with a focus on commercial and residential real estate, retail and consumer products, as well as the emerging cannabis market.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Mohamed worked for a regional public accounting firm based in Santa Monica.
