Previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance with EMI Music Publishing, North America, where she led the execution of the global financial strategy in North America. She was responsible for financial analysis focusing on profitability, efficiency of operations, and performance against budget; the delivery of financial reporting for the region, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections; financial internal controls, accounting and compliance reporting and audit; and managing the technical accounting function to ensure the company remained up to date on IFRS and other regulatory pronouncement
Served as an audit partner with a Big 4 accounting firm, obtaining deep experience working with publicly held companies that report under SEC rules and regulations. Her experience included initial and subsequent public stock offerings, private stock offerings, and ongoing quarterly and annual SEC filings.
