Her deep industry experience includes professional services, information and communication technologies, systems integrators, aerospace and defense, research institutes, industrials, consumer products, nonprofits, and universities. She has also worked with government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Defense, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Homeland Security.

During stints at top-tier organizations and as an entrepreneur, Kim built strong expertise in M&A, strategy, organization design, operational excellence, talent development and management, customer engagement, and partnerships. As National Strategy and Transformation Leader for a major global accounting firm, she shaped and executed the growth strategy and built a scalable advisory practice providing transformation, restructure, and integration services.
