Ken Slater is a partner in CohnReznick’s Bethesda office and a member of the Firm’s Affordable Housing Industry Practice. He has more than 14 years of experience providing audit, tax, and management advisory services to not-for-profit organizations and the real estate industry. Ken's services for client engagements include overseeing the planning, performance, and supervision of all aspects of audit and tax services. His key clients include not-for-profit organizations, real estate investors, developers, and multifamily residential and tax credit investment funds.

Ken manages multiple audit and accounting engagements on a day-to-day basis. He also is responsible for the preparation and review of reports on internal control and compliance of contract requirements with federal, state, and local authorities. He is also in charge of the preparation and review of financial statements, mortgagor’s cost certifications, and 8609 cost certifications to ensure adequate disclosures and conformity with GAAP.
